To setup taxes navigate to the Tax Code screen under setup. Once there select Add Tax Code.

Here you will enter in the information for the tax code and the taxes for which you want the tax code to be associated with. You can add multiple taxes for one tax code. Once all desired information is entered click Save Tax Code.
