Creating a Register:
1. To create a Register, follow these steps:
- Hover over the Cogwheel.
- Hover over Account and then click on “Registers.”
2. Click the “+” icon to create a new register.
- Type in a name for the register and click “Save.”
3. Optional: Click “Enable Pins” to allow Users/servers to use pin codes for POS Transactions.
4. Under “Type,” select whether your POS system uses Catalogs or Menus.
5. Select the Location where the register is located.
6. Choose the Default Catalog to display when POS is opened.
7. If needed, add any relevant information in the “Notes” box.
8. Click Save to complete the setup.
Finding Register Balance:
1. To find the Register Balance, follow these steps:
- Hover over the Cogwheel.
- Hover over Account and then click on “Registers.”
2. The current balance will be displayed.
Updating Till Count:
1. To update the Till Count, follow these steps:
- Go to POS.
2. Click on “Till Count” located to the left of “Queue.”
3. Select your action: Cash in or Cash out.
4. Enter the amount.
5. Click Save to update the Till Count.
