The Tips Breakdown Report provides a comprehensive overview of all tips received by either all users or selected users within a specified date range. This report offers the flexibility to sort data by columns, customize column visibility, and export or print the report as needed. By clicking on the POS order number, you are able to look at the order details for that specific order, if you need more information regarding the tip associated with it.
To access the Tips Breakdown Report:
Click on "Reports."
Select "View all Reports."
Locate and click on "Tips Breakdown."
If the user logged in does not have permission to view this report, the report will not show up in the list. If you believe this is in error, please contact the Staylist administrator for your park regarding your report permissions.
Once inside the Tips Breakdown report you can filter by Date, Time, and User.
