If you're looking to set up Staylist PRO to automatically cancel reservations if a guest calls in to hold a spot but does not pay any sort of deposit after a specified time range, you'll want to set up Auto-Canceling unpaid reservations. Follow the steps below:
Start by hovering over the Cogwheel, navigate to Account > Settings.
From the list of options select Reservations.
Under the Rules and Preferences section you will find an Auto Cancel Unpaid Reservations option. To allow this option select the check box (Note: it will turn purple when selected) and add in the amount of hours you would like to wait until a reservation with a “Reserved” status will be automatically canceled if there is no payment.
Once completed scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Save”.
