You can find a reservation by typing the reservation number into the search bar.

You can also locate a reservation by selecting the Availability module located in the top left corner of the page. You will now see the availability grid, where you can search for the reservation you would like to cancel.

Once you have located the reservation you would like to cancel, within the reservation select the cogwheel then Cancel Reservation.

Next, it will give you the option to add a cancellation fee and to send a cancellation email. Select "Cancel Resv" to complete. If you do not want to send a cancellation email to the contact, be sure to un-check the "Send Cancellation Email" box.
