Queue Functionality Overview
Inside the "Queue," you have several options and actions at your disposal:
- Menu Display: You can select which menus to display by clicking on "Showing all menus” and then clicking “Save Changes”.
- Printing Receipts: To print a receipt for a specific order, click on the order number on the ticket.
- Managing Items: Once a particular item has been prepared or packaged, click it to check it off.
- Monitoring Order Time: Check the time since an order was placed to ensure timely service.
- Order Completion: When all items on a ticket have been selected, they will move to either:
Delivery Queue where you'll find order information, delivery instructions, or pickup details.
“Completed” where orders that don't require delivery or pickup automatically go.
