Blocking a unit will allow you to effectively reserve a unit for a specific date range without fully creating a reservation. To create a unit block:
On the Availability Grid, find the unit that you wish to block.
Click and drag along the dates on the grid that you'd like the block to cover. Please keep in mind that this can only be done for a single unit, you cannot press shift to make a multi-unit block.
In the reservation creation window, click on "Guest" in the upper-left corner and change the reservation type to "Block".
If needed, you can modify the start and end dates of the block by clicking on either the Check In or Check Out boxes
We strongly recommend adding a note explaining the reason for the block, if applicable. Once the block is configured as you'd like it, click the Block button to finalize the creation.
Please note - Once created, blocks cannot be moved or have their date range modified. To make any changes to a block, you'll have to remove the block and create a new one as needed.
