Variations allow you to offer various versions of a particular product. As an example, if your product is a Blue T-Shirt, these variations might include sizes such as Small, Medium, Large, and XL. This also helps save space for buttons in your POS system.
To add variations to an item with your POS system:
Navigate to the POS Items page. In the main settings cogwheel, navigate to POS -> Items.
Find the item you'd like to add variations to. You can either use the search box, or manually find the item in your list of POS items.
Click on the "Variations" tab across the top.
Click the "Add" button to add a variation line.
Enter the Name of the variation, the overall Price of this specific variation, and add a barcode (if applicable).
Click on the "Add" button to add additional variations. If you need to remove a variation, click on the the red minus button on the right side of that line.
