Creating an Email CRM Campaign
Step 1) When Creating a CRM campaign you will go to (Cogwheel > CRM > Email Campaigns)
Step 2) Once You have Selected the page, you will select the White Plus in the upper right-hand corner you will be prompted with a box to give it a Name and select Save.
Step 3) Once you select Save in the previous step, you will be shown the below box.
Your First step once you reach this page will be to give it a Subject. This is the subject line of the email.
You will then select the pre-created Document that you have made.
Start Campaign on. Always set your start date 1 Day in the future because these email campaigns are automatically sent at 6 a.m. EST every morning
Start and End Date This is the time frame For this campaign to run.
Unit Categories This will allow you to pick and choose what categories that you want to send the Email to.
Rules: There are many rules that you can use when creating the CRM. You must decide what Rule fits best for your situation; for example, if you want to send a Pre-Arrival Email, you will select the before check-in rule, which will prompt the screen to ask how many days before arrival.
Once you have completed the steps above, you will select Save, and this Email will be sent on the specified day.
