To combine two (or more) existing reservations into a group reservation, you'll need to do the following:

  1. Navigate to groups setup by clicking on the main settings cogwheel -> Groups.

  2. Click on the + button in the upper right area, and enter in the reference name for this new group.

  3. After saving and closing this new group, navigate back to the Availability grid.

  4. The first reservation we'll need to work with is the group primary contact's reservation. Pull up the reservation either via searching for the reservation details or finding it on the grid.

  5. Inside of the reservation, Copy the Folio ID.

  6. Close the reservation, and in the main search bar, paste or type the Folio ID, and hit Enter. This will bring you to the Folio view.

  7. In the Folio view, click on the cogwheel and select "Convert to Group Folio". After clicking this, a box will pop up to assign the folio to an existing group (which we created in Steps 1-3). Scroll to find the group in the list, or type in the search box to find the group.

  8. Clicking save will attach this reservation to the group, as well as assign the contact as the primary contact for the group.

  9. Navigate back to the availability grid, and pull up the second/next reservation.

  10. Click on the cogwheel within the reservation, and select "Add to Folio".

  11. In the pop-up, change the Folio type from "Guest - For Split Reservations" to "Group - For Multi-Contact Groups".

  12. After changing the Folio type, you should be able to click on the Select Group Folio, and find/search for the group name.

  13. Click Save!
