The Reservation Log shows a full data trail of everything that has occurred on a particular reservation. It shows the user that did the particular action as well as details on what the action was and when it occurred. In the below example, the user on January 18th, 2024 moved the reservation from back in 08 to back in 07, changed their check in/out dates, and increased their rates. If you hover over the user's initials it will give you their full name. To look at the email log, simply click on “Email” while in the log to see what emails have been sent and if they have been opened or signed.

Within the Log tab, if you select the Email it will provide a list of all delivered, opened, and failed emails that were sent to the guest. It also provides the date, time and what type of email was sent to the guest.
