To set a basic cancellation policy:
In the main settings cogwheel, click on Account -> Settings.
Click on the Reservations section in the left menu bar.
At the very top, There is the Cancellation Policy area.
For the Cancellation Type box, select either "Percent of deposit" or "Flat amount" for how the cancellation fee is calculated.
In the Cancellation Amount box, enter in the value to be entered:
For Percent of deposit cancellation fees, enter the amount of the percent retained as a cancellation fee.
For Flat amount cancellation fees, enter the amount desired for the cancellation fee.
If using the GL Code feature of Staylist, select the appropriate GL code to apply for the Cancellation fee.
